LUISA JURADO

A long-time resident of the city, Luisa always had an affinity for Chicago's famous homes and buildings. Growing up with an architect father, Luisa's interest in home-construction/design and sales, began at a young age. It was only natural for her to pursue a career in Real Estate. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Luisa used her Business degree to work for JMB Realty Corporation and Canterbury Developments, both located on Chicago's Magnificent Mile.
In 1999, Luisa began her career in Real Estate with Ciel Realty. She then found her niche, working for developers in the South Loop, selling pre-construction condos using only floor plans and scale-models. Those developments include Wells Street Tower, Lakeside on the Park, and 15th Street Lofts. She also worked as Sales Executive for The Fordham Company, Chicago's luxury developer of condominiums and town homes - whose buildings include The Fordham, The Pinnacle, and 65 East Goethe - located in Chicago's Near North/Gold Coast areas. It was in 2004 - when Luisa attained her Broker's license - that she started Superior Realty Group. Luisa is familiar with many of Chicago's neighborhoods and Suburbs, specifically the Near North Side, Lincoln Park, and Lakeview - where she currently resides with her husband of 23 years.
Luisa's specialties include Buyer Representation, New Construction, Kitchen & Home Designs, and Floor-Plan Modifications. She also has experience in Rentals, Budget-Planning for Custom-Builds, and Out-of-State Transactions.

CLEO AQUINO
Formerly an Associate Broker with Superior Realty Group, Cleo is now a full-time Real Estate Licensed Instructor. In early 2020, Cleo co-founded a Real Estate Educational School focusing on pre-licensing and continuing education courses. Her school offers both live and webinar classes for individuals looking to start a career as a Realtor.
